We are an audit firm located at Cheras. Our firm specializes in the area of Accounting , Audit, Taxation and Company Secretarial Servies.
For Accounting, we provide services to Company’s which do not have an accounting department and find it too costly to hire and maintain accounting personnel.
We audit companies mainly in the small and medium sized industry or sector. Currently, within our portfolio we audit companies in the oil and gas sector, engineering consultants, property developers, high-end restaurants, IT consulting services and others. We also provide services to NGO’s and other organizations which may require audits by virtue of their constitution or requirements of Company Law.
Taxation services is provided to both individuals as well as companies. We prepare tax computation, fill up the relevant return forms and liaise with the Inland Revenue Authorities.
In the area of Company Secretarial services, we assist in incorporation of companies as well as retaining and maintaining the relevant statutory record for compliance purposes. We also provide voluntary winding up of companies as well as strike off’s.
